Each project is different in nature and scope and I invite you to ask for a proposal if you have precise requirements. I can also help you define and formalize your requirements for a specific project.

 

Nevertheless, for the sake of transparency and to give you an idea of what to expect for immediate value creation and P&L impact, here are my standard rates:

 

Interim Management:            Initial rate                     $CA 2000 per day*

  After3 months FTE      $CA 1900 per day*

  After6 months FTE      $CA 1800 per day*

  After9 months FTE      $CA 1700 per day*

  After12 months FTE    $CA 1600 per day*

 

Consulting:                               Basic rate                    $CA 250 per hour*

  Possible discounts for large projects

 

On site training:                      Depends on duration, content and the number of participants.

  Ask for a proposal.

 

Coaching:                                Basic rate                     $CA 250 per hour*
