  • Transformed the global Procurement organization to optimize an annual spend of $1.3G and provide direct support to Business Units, while achieving synergies on categories and projects. Procurement managed spend increased from $400M to more than $900M with a team of 100+ worldwide. 

  • Organized cross-functional teams and developed data-driven strategic sourcing plans to achieve recurring annual savings ranging from 5 to 12% on categories that were addressed.

  • Initiated a fact-based supplier assessment and development program. Made Corporate Social Responsibility a strong differentiation factor among vendors.
